Through Online Registration Form

Step 1: The first step is that the person will have to register an FIR against the lost or stolen mobile phone.

Step 2: After that, the person will have to take a dummy sim card of their previous lost mobile number.

 Step 3: Now, you will need to fill up an application form with the required details.

Step 4: After that, you will have to submit all the necessary documents like the FIR copy and identity proof such as the Aadhaar card or voter ID card.

Step 5: Then, when your application form is submitted successfully, a request ID will be generated.

The procedure to Unblock Found Mobile Phone

Step 1: To unblock your find mobile, first of all, you have to visit the link https://ceir.gov.in/Home/index.jsp of the official website.

Step 2: Now, on the home page you will have to go through the “CEIR Services” option.

Step 3: Then, a drop-down list will open on the screen in which you will have to choose the “Unblock found mobile” option.

Step 4: After this, a new page will open on the screen, where you will see a form. In this form you need to enter the required information such as request ID, and mobile number.

Step 5:  Now, you have to enter the same mobile number as entered while blocking, a reason to unblock, and a mobile number for OTP.

Step 6: Now, you will have to select the GET OTP option, and then you will get an OTP through SMS.

Step 7: After this, you will have to enter the OTP, and then to submit the request hit the “submit” option.

Procedure to Check Request Status

Step 1: To check your request status first of all you have to visit the link https://ceir.gov.in/Home/index.jsp of the official website.

Step 2: Now, on the homepage, you need to hit the “CEIR Services” option.

 Step 3: Now, a drop down list will show up on the screen from where you will have to choose the “check request status” option.

Step 4: After this, a new page opens on the screen in which a form will appear. In this form, you will have to enter a request ID and then click on the submit option.

Step 1: To do IMEI verification on the CEIR website you have to visit the official website.

Step 2: Now, the home page will appear on the screen, you will have to hit the application.

Step 3: Then, you will need to select IMEI Verification.

Step 4: Now, a new page will appear on the screen where you will have to enter your valid mobile number.

Step 5: Now, you will need to hit on the “get OTP”, an OTP will be sent on your mobile phone.
