Indian Toy Fair: ‘The Indian Toy Fair, 2021’ will be held from 27th February 2021 to 2nd March 2021.
Government is organizing ‘The Indian Toy Fair 2021’ from 27/02/2021 to 2/03/2021 on a virtual platform. This initiative is to make India a global hub of the Toy Industry.
The Fair aims of ‘The Indian Toy Fair, 2021’ is to provide an encouragement to the “Atmanirbhar Bharat” and “vocal for local” campaigns, launched by the GOI to promote home-grown industries. It also aims in making learning joyful across all ages in education.
The “Indian Toy Fair 2021” is to bring toy manufacturers & distributors, investors, industry experts, MSMEs, startups, children, parents and teachers together in a common platform.
The main attractions of the Indian Toy Fair is a Virtual Exhibition with over 1000 virtual stalls and webinars by State Government.
Webinars on diverse topics by experts on various topics including toy-based learning, craft demonstrations, competitions, quizzes, virtual tours, product launches, etc. will be conducted.
Knowledge Sessions will mainly focus on game-based and activity-based learning, indoor and outdoor games, puzzles and games to promote critical thinking and overall on how to make learning more engaging and enjoyable.
The exhibitors include Indian businesses engaged in creating happy childhoods and educating children through play, as well as NCERT, SCERTs, CBSE along with their schools and teachers.
The Indian Toy Fair will feature millions of persons from different parts of country and will give them an opportunity to buy products from different exhibitors.

Toys are good source of entertainment and also helps in learning and growth of children. Shri Ramesh Pokhriyal said that the PM, Shri Narendra Modi, has been vocal about the significance of the toy industry in creating Aatmanirbhar Bharat.
