SSP Scholarship Portal: As we all know that education is the basic right of all children/students. So the central government and state government starts different educational schemes for the students who are not able to pay their school/tuition fee. In this way, the Karnataka government also started a scholarship portal for the students of the state, which is known as the SSP Scholarship Portal.

This portal has different types of welfare departments for different categories of students. Through this portal, students can apply for two types of scholarships, first is pre-Matric and second is post-matric scholarships.

Students who are studying in class 1st to class 10th can apply for the SSP pre-Matric Scholarship scheme. Students from different categories such as OBC/SC/ST, etc can apply for this scholarship. Through the SSP portal, the Karnataka government is going to provide different types of scholarships, so that students can continue their education and complete their aim.

Know the required documents to apply for the SSP Scholarship

The applicant should have an Aadhar card, Ration card number, and Valid mobile number. The applicant should have a Fee receipt of college, Private, or government hostel ID and College/Institute registration number. The applicant should have UDID, Caste/EWS certificate, and Income certificate. The applicant should have a disability certificate approved by the government of India.

• First of all, the students will have to visit the link https://ssp.postmatric.karnataka.gov.in/ of the official website of the state scholarship portal.
• Now, on the home page, the student will have to click on the “create account” link.

• After that, on the newly opened page, the students are required to choose a plan.
• Now the student needs to select caste/class, district name, and then taluk of their Institute/college.
• After that, if the student has their Aadhaar number then need to hit on ‘yes’.
• Now the students are required to fill in their Aadhaar-related information and then click on the ‘submit’ tab.
• After this, the student is required to fill in their valid email id and then enter a valid mobile number.
• After this, the student will get an OTP on their given mobile number and they need to fill the received OTP into the given OTP box.

• First of all, the students will have to visit the link https://ssp.postmatric.karnataka.gov.in/ of the official website of the state scholarship portal.
• Now, on the home page, you will have to click on the ‘student login’ tab.

Then, on the newly opened page, you will have to choose your financial year, department name, taluk, and district name and then hit the “search” button.
